Tenna started her IP career in 1989 and is especially skilled in European, Scandinavian and US patent prosecuting matters.
She has significant experience in issues regarding infringement, assessment/freedom to operate, searches and oppositions. She assists companies in relation to infringement, litigation and licensing matters. During her engagement as Group IP Manager, she has acquired knowledge and experience about strategic IP aspects of potential benefit to industrial organizations.
Tenna has a broad technical knowledge including mechanical engineering, process technology and medical devices. She holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical engineering, an M.Sc. in dentistry and an EBA (Engineering Business Administration).
She obtained the coveted authorization as European Patent Attorney in 2002 and has represented a number of companies placed inside and outside Europe before the European Patent Office (EPO).
